Loved the location! Staff were very accommodating! Will definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel just for one night before our cruise out of Dover. The location was great.....right on the river and under the Tower Bridge. It had a nice restaurant and everything we needed nearby.

The day we stayed was extremely hot, the air conditioning was NOT working in the room and informed the hotel staff, nothing was done. Need to get refunded.

Hotel is undergoing maintenance because we were woken up at 8am by loud work in room next door which persisted until we couldn’t take any more and left the room at 11. Contacted the hotel twice and zero response. Poor experience

We was in room 286 and we was woken up by a cleaner at 9am asking me if I was checking out. I still had 2 hours of the room and it was extremely rude . It felt like it was done on purpose. We checked into our room and all we could hear was drilling. Awful stay

The view from the suite was amazing! The rooms, bed and bathroom were very small. It had a single basin and and old fashioned bath with a shower which leaked water everywhere. the breakfast was ok, but the coffee undrinkable.

Tower hotel staff was incredibly inconsistent. Multiple times we assured a fan, ice bucket, a different room, a comped drink, an ac unit by several staff only to never have items materialize. Granted the hotel is under construction and the weather was out of their control but our room was 28 Celsius and other rooms in the same hotel were 17 Celsius. Wide disparity in temperatures while charging high hotel prices is disappointing and frustrating as a hotel guest. I would caution future guests and reconsider before staying at this hotel.

Dated lobby and rooms but clean, front bar and restaurant much more modern

Tower Bridge view was fantastic except extremely hot inside the room, can’t go to slee for the first 4 nights…… The room is very small and old facilities
