Excellent place, clean beautiful rooms, very helpful staff.. all air conditioned

The hotel was very beautiful, the lounge and cafe at the front are beautiful and the room is very cool. The rain fall shower and laundry machine were very nice and helpful. The staff is very friendly and I love that they held on to our bags after we checked out so we didn’t have to carry them. Only thing was the room was somewhat dirty, the kitchen garbage was full from the previous guests and under the bed was dirty and had things from previous guests

The air conditioning was not working. The room was unbearably hot. When I complained I was advised to complain to the management who were not available at the time. No room change was arranged. Ended up unable to sleep. Would not recommend.

AC didn’t blow cold. Room was at 23.5c when set to 19c. Shower stunk of mould. Oven required a degree to operate. Finally, the bed was too short for me at 6ft tall, my feet were hanging over the edge. I had to pull it forward to clear the wall mounted headboard. The pillows are also rock hard. This hotel had great potential for being a regular for me, but has failed. Also, another one on the list with bathroom extraction that doesn’t work

Friendly and helpful staff, well maintained communal areas however cleanliness in the rooms is questionable with mould found on window sill

Perfect location & beautiful place

We booked the hotel for a family break and had three rooms. One of the rooms thermostat was broken and we reported this to reception. It was a very hot weekend and the room has incredibly hot. Reception informed us that there were no other rooms they were fully booked and there was no maintenance available. Considering our options we approached reception again and informed them the room would be too uncomfortable to stay and and it was not as advertised. The gentleman in reception was great and offered a refund for the room and we duly booked another hotel for one of the rooms. During the discussion we were informed that refund would take a few days and would need to go via hotels.com as per our booking which was fine. I contacted hotels.com the following week after no news and I was told to give it 72 hours to allow them to contact the hotel. I had to chase this a further three times and now 4 weeks later I have been informed that the hotel will not be issuing a refund. Avoid this hotel

Every staff person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. The apartment was small but suited our needs. The combo washer/dryer took forever to wash/dry a load and settings were difficult to understand. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation.

Clean room , great location

Switched from another hotel with no ac and no amenities to speak of. Very happy I made the choice. Far superior property for less money than original booking
