不錯 We arrived early in hopes of changing before starting our day in London. The staff pointed down the hall and offered a small lobby bathroom stall. For a five star hotel I would expect a gym or hospitality suite option. The hotel is very dark in the hallways between the elevator and rooms. Didn’t feel super inviting, almost eerie.
The room was quite large in terms of European standards. If you have the option to stay across the street at the One Aldwych I much prefer that hotel.

Very modern, new, clean hotel. Great gym, rooftop bar is a can’t miss. Rooms very comfortable. Nice location. Issue with room AC on first night of stay was appropriately handled. Staff very helpful

The room was a good size, but smelt quite damp. If we had been staying for longer I would have asked to move room, but accepted it for one night. Location is good and the breakfast was very nice, although I would suggest staggering bringing out the three courses as there’s not much table room for cereal, a cooked English and pastries!

We have stayed at the hotel a few times. This time we felt that the room was a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. The staff were very helpful as always. The rooftop bar was great. A shame that the atrium is no longer used as the reception area as it was the wow factor every time we visited the hotel.
