Friendly, helpful staff.delicious breakfast. We had a maintenance problem. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend

The only ice machine on the property did not work we had to buy bags of ice everyday

nice clean room with comfortable bed , i didnt getto talk with the staff because my husband checked in, but i was thankful that our little dog got to stay with no pet fee , that was very nice. the tub was fine for showering but not big enough for a comfortable bath but we made that work ok for 3 nights . i loved seeing the bears from our bolcany and it was a nice quiet area . its easy walking to resterants and shops in area

Needs much work and elevator to office area not working! Super incline was not able to go to street level….afraid of falling especially in rain. Your breakfast I’m sure was great but we could get therr

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and the toilet would not flush properly. It had to be flushed multiple times every time it was used. I expected a much better experience and feel that these issues should have been addressed before the room was made available to guests. I hope management will take steps to improve cleanliness and maintenance moving forward.

I was supposed to have mountain views and a creekside .I had neither

The room was not what I would call clean. There was no sign of bedbugs or other critters, but it wasn't clean either. Beyond that, our biggest complaint was that that the single elevator was out of order. In my room there were 2 people over 80 and that are fall risks, and stairs are not fun. Luckly we were gone most of the day and didn't need to use them other than once down and once up. I understand that there are time when systems go down, but, when something like that goes down, we be notified so that other arrangements can be make. Don't plan on using them again.

Upon arriving to the property The guy working the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. In general pulling up to the property outside looks a bit run down and inside was even worse. Shower did not work, a couple of roaches in the bathroom, mold and mildew in the bathroom, sheets and beds looked relatively clean except for around the bottom of them, the freezer and the refrigerator was frozen solid, TVs are a bit outdated, but the beds were comfortable. All in all have to say unless it's a last resort I don't think I would be staying there again.
