Affordable and walking distance to anakeesta

It’s an older inn so it looks like it. But it is on a creek which is beautiful and the room was fine!

Terrible stay, it felt like I was laying on a wet blanket. A roach crawled on the wall next to our bed, it was hot..

Second time staying here still as nice as last time.

Very dirty bed was broken and very uncomfortable needed towels staff was quick to respond but over All very disappointed

We walked in the room and turned around and walked out. The smell was so bad it burned our eyes. It may have been mold. I went to the front desk to let her know that there was no way we can stay. She just stared at me and offered zero solutions. The one chair in the room was covered in stains. The floor was sticky and gritty. The room looks nothing like the photos. Maybe 10 years ago! I ended up canceling the next night but they did not refund the first night. The photos on Expedia are not what this hotel looks like. Also the rating system on Expedia is not correct for this hotel. This will have been my 3rd booking for Expedia where the property is not advertised correctly.

Needed a quick one-night getaway and wanted to stay on the river. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and air conditioning worked well. The balcony was right on the river, which was perfect. Close to the parkway we were able to walk. Would stay again.

Buena ubicación, vista increíble al río, excelente servicio al cliente, cama cómodas, habitación espaciosa, pero el hotel tiene una fachada un poco desgastada, solo le falta un poco de pintura, el hotel es bueno solo si es para dormir, si vas con familia pues no tiene piscina, pero muy bueno

Room was right on the creek. Perfect for relaxing and watching the birds.

The location was great! It is right off of a tram stop if you do not want to walk downtown, but the walk downtown is very easy. Avoid a $20 minimum parking fee. The parking in Gatlinburg is ridiculous. $20 no matter if you stay 10 minutes or 10 hours. So that fact, Lone made this place great in terms of Location. And let’s talk about the balcony right off of the stream. How cool to sit out and have a drink!!
