Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.

Right on the strip close, very close to everything if you hate walking. We arrived like 2 or 3 hours before check in and they let us use the parking lot early and even got the room like 30 minutes or a hour after we arrived. My brakes went out as soon as we got into town so that gave us enough time to fix the car and get food before the room was ready. -Clean rooms -House keeping was great -Beds firm to moderate soft -Pillows lumpy but not bad. - really cool mirror with a speaker and lights - plenty of parking never had issues getting in and out. NOTE Shower pressure was interesting. One day its normal or a little weak, the next day it was coming out with the force of 100 winds. IT FELT GREAT but That pressure caused water to fly EVERYWHERE, the curtain was stopping nothing. Because of that they have rotting wood at a baseboard.

The room smelled musty and moldy. We switched rooms and this bathtub still didn't drain either. The staff still was extremely unfriendly unhelpful. The manager was nice and accommodated us because I was sick. But the other staff members that work there were horribly unpolite and unfriendly. We were Afraid to ask for anything because they were always so grumpy if we called for towels or sheets.

The\nProperty was run down, the staff on site was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The room we stayed in smelled like black mold was growing. The room was damp and moist. The door wouldn't even shut fully in the bathroom.Due to damage on it . The bathtub would not drain. So we had to stand in your own filth while taking a shower. Every time we called the front desk , nobody would answer. They did not have sheets available for us.They did not have towels or washcloths. Basic stuff we could not even get from the front desk. The carpet was filthy. The electrical outlets were wobbly. The end tables were broken and the drawers , wouldn't open, and the Jacuzzi bathtub jets did not work properly.They would spray water all over the mirror.

We got a room that had a Jacuzzi in the room which was on 3rd floor they had elevator or ramps which were nice.. room was date but so much space.. pool was nice Breakfast is not offered as website stated. Very close to walking distance to down town Gatlinburg. For food and shops I would def stay again.. great location no real issues

The only good things were the price and the location. It wasn't clean, and the rooms need updating. The A/C sounded like there was a semi-truck inside the room.

This hotel is at the beginning of the Parkway so it avoids a lot of traffic. It is fine for a home base. However, if you are wanting a place with lots of amenities, especially for children, I would choose another place.

The room was nice and clean. We were impressed with the metal bedframes that would make cleaning easy and less likely to harbor potential grossness. Great location and easy walk to pretty much everything. Pool was very nice although we did not have time to use it. The shower has a very intense spray that kind of got water everywhere despite my best efforts to keep it contained. Nothing a towel can't fix though. We would stay here again.

I was shocked at how nice this hotel was for the price! The cheapest at the time in Gatlinburg, really spacious room in a great location. Nothing fancy but good for a couple nights in Gatlinburg.

The room was clean but had a smell. The door to the bathroom had been wet and was very hard to shut. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and will stay there again
