Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a musty smell. The bedding and furniture looked worn and unclean, and the walls were cracked and peeling. The property is clearly in need of a complete renovation. Unfortunately, the photos on the website bear little resemblance to the actual condition of the accommodations and are extremely misleading.

This was such a cute place to stay. The room was outdated but very spacious. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and you could hear the river flowing below. It was very peaceful. We enjoyed the pool, mostly to ourselves.

The Inn was dated, I had a non smoking room as my husband and I don’t smoke but we could smell our neighbors smoking in their balcony while we’re in our room with the door shut. It was a very big and spacious room with a fire place and beautiful Mountain View. The bed was hard as a rock but at the end of the day after walking the Gatlinburg strip that didn’t bother me. I might have loved the stay more if I had ended up with a room I was looking at in their pictures but I did not. The neighbors at the Inn across from us were loud as they were a bunch of young adults, but we basically kept to ourselves during the stay. But all in all it was a good stay for the price.

Great, great chalet!! It's a little dated....but I didn't mind. It's a nice BIG room w perfect location and a great boucany ! Definitely recommend, and I'll be back to this one!

Overall our stay was wonderful. Clean room, kind service, great views of the town. The only thing that wasn't working was the outdoor pool. The pump broke during winter and it was ordered the week we were there. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the pool, but it was up and running on the day I was leaving, so hopefully the next people could use it. I didn't mind that you had to check in at the Econo Lodge at the bottom of the hill. You drive right by it and it's only a 5 minute walk if you passed it. This was conveyed to me prior to checking in so I had no issues with it. This is definitely an older style Inn, not your Hampton high end hotel. So with that some things could use a little more attention, but it gives the place character. Wood railings are cracked and showing age, still safe. Outdoor steps to the pool are in the same condition, but nothing loose or broken off. Just some things showing their age. We had 1 light that didn't work in our room, but it was a reading light near the windows, so I didn't really need it. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay and just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg, then this is the place for you. A bit of a hill just before the Inn, so if you have back problems like my wife then the walk isn't fun. I had no issues with the walk.

A little outdated, but rooms were roomy and clean. Location and price were great.

Nice area just a short walk to many attractions in Gatlinburg.

We had a beautiful view. Room was clean and comfortable. There were some wall switches that we could not figure out what they were for. We had a GREAT stay.
