I love the villa’s view! The hotel is well kept decent food choices the staff are friendly and accommodating. I wish there was better activity/entertainment choices and stroller friendly facilities especially from villa to the lobby.

The staff are friendly and attentive. The activities at the resort were very well planned and the entertainment staff kept people engaged and included. Love this place!

Staff were very friendly! Hotel was very clean, the bars and drinks were awesome. The food was a hit and miss though. The specialty restaurants were below average. I felt the food at the buffet was better, but for the price we paid, this was a great stay!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. All of the workers are so nice, welcoming and helpful. It was really easy to navigate. The all inclusive is amazing, they also have a buffet everyday until 11pm. Workers constantly wanting to feed you and give you drinks (all inclusive). They just want to see you have a great time. It is beautiful at the Wyndham Grand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We recently stayed at Wyndham Grand Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Villas and overall had a great family vacation. The resort's biggest strengths are its beautiful beachfront location, friendly staff, clean grounds, and stunning ocean views. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and was the highlight of our trip.

Great staff

We've visited Cancun for 20 years now and have stayed at many resorts. We've stayed at 5 star to 2 star resorts. I'll say that I was impressed by the Wyhndham Grand. The resort was very well maintained and clean. The staff was great and very friendly. The facilities were great and the pools were not over crowded. My only complaint is the food. The Paloma buffet is not very good. The breakfast was ok but dinner was pretty bad. We had to order room service 2 nights for dinner just to avoid the buffet. We had a difficult time getting reservations at the other restaurants. We were able to get a reservation at the steakhouse one night. Unfortunately, it was not very good. Edible at best. I wouldn't return here for that reason alone. If you are ok with mediocre food then this is a great place to stay.

Great pools, hot tubs, and beach access. The drinks and food were okay, but as expected in all-inclusive.

This was our 5th stay at this resort. First it was Omni and now Wyndham. We enjoyed our stay in a villa at this beautiful resort. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Thank you to Julio at the beach, Ivo and Sergio (?) at La Vista and all the wonderful wonderful bartenders that provided great service. A special thank you to Patrica with concierge for helping us with our stay. We look forward to returning again in the near future.

El hotel está remodelado, la habitación que tuvimos estaba excelente, la limpieza muy buena en todo el hotel. Punto negativo es la poca actividad que tienen de entretenimiento, a pesar que el Team es maravilloso, otro aspecto fue el customers services no fue el mejor! Pagamos para vacacionar y se supone que además de todo lo bueno que puede estar el hotel (que lo está) deben de tener un servicio al cliente fantástico. Si no hubiésemos tenido estos dos aspectos, el hotel para mí fuese 5 star’s
