Upon arrival the staff was attentive. The resort itself was very clean and had breath taking views! Beach and pools were a clean, fun place for children & adults with many activities. Buffet and restaurants served outstanding food. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Our room was cleaned everyday. Overall 10/10 experience. We also booked a spa package that was done phenomenally!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cancun!

The hotel was nice but my room was so filled with black mold I couldn’t actually spend time in it. Booked there specifically for the jaccuzi on my deck but after using it once I realized how nasty the pipes were and couldn’t use it again.
I actually got dangerously ill because of the black mold. Ruined the last half of my trip. I almost cut it short early. I completely lost my voice and got an upper respiratory tract infection.
I couldn’t see their doctor on site despite my travel insurance because they wouldn’t let me get t checked out without making a 200$ usd deposit I didn’t have available. They charged me RIDICULOUS prices for Advil and aloe Vera, 95 USD. Wouldn’t let me check out until I paid it..
I spoke with the manager he had no remorse and said there was nothing he could do for me for compensation. I I will likely have long term health issues from the amount of exposure I got.
I wish people could be more accountable.
