極佳 We had a really enjoyable family vacation at the Marriott Cancun All Inclusive — the property is beautiful and meticulously clean throughout, and the staff were excellent from check-in to check-out.
Food quality was a highlight overall. The cevicheria, hibachi, and poolside tacos were all favorites for our group. The Italian restaurant was just okay in comparison. We ordered and paid an extra $100 for a very disappointing tomahawk steak.
One drawback: there was no lunch or dinner buffet, which meant sit-down dinners were often filled with lots of young kids at what felt like a more upscale dining setting. Lunch options were also a bit mid, and some venues weren’t consistently open — seemingly due to lower hotel occupancy during our stay.
Nighttime entertainment was mid to low. Our older high school aged kids ended up pretty bored after 10pm with not much going on. Uber rides to the shopping and entertainment are under $10.
Given the lower occupancy, we expected pricing to reflect that, but rates were about the same as the Paradisus next door, which offers a noticeably stronger overall resort experience for a similar price.
That said, we’d stay here again — the property and staff make a strong case on their own.

極佳 We had the best experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was the seaweed which they tried to clean daily. We we’re very happy with our stay.

極佳 We came to the Marriott 25 years ago for our honeymoon and for our anniversary this year we decided to go back to where it started. Although Cancún has changed, the hotel was beyond amazing. Every single worker greeted us at each passing. The hotel itself was gorgeous. There were over 10 restaurants and they were all delicious! Casa Madre had amazing breakfast and Champions was our go to in the evening. They seriously make you feel like royalty here.
