Property is kid friendly

the only problem that i had with this reservation was that i was charged more on the hotel for a fee, expedia gave me a number when i made my reservation and i ended up paying way more when i did my check in

We have stayed there a few times and it has been ok this time my family went it was not so great. The resorts smells bad, our AC wasn’t working good thing we had connecting rooms. But the worse part was that around 2:30am someone tried to open our balcony I called the front desk and I was told it something else. Our kids were super scared we couldn’t sleep all night. Terrible experience

Todo muy bueno solo un poco más de variedad en los buffet para ser execelente

It was ok. Food wasn’t good even no bacon for breakfast ever. Not like on pictures

Horrible Hotel Very Dirty Food of temperature and they had 2 meat Chicken smelled and pork made 3 family members sick Food was disgusting Lady working the fryer area Very Rude Glassware was dirty and they have no straws Plates were dirty House keeping was not supposed to go in our room because front desk said they were off anyways But still went in our room But good thing my husband was I. The room cause he had gotten food poisoning from the pork the evening before Pools and bar was dirty they pick up dirty cups to serve the drinks

Les chambres on besoin d’être rénover , de plus il n’y avais ni frigo ni cafetière comme décris dans la réservation au départ . Les lieux à l’intérieur de l’accueil sont incroyables les toilettes publiques on besoin d’un coup de frais et d’être plus entretenue. À l’extérieur on as besoin de faire l’entretien des terrasses manger à l’extérieur avec de l’accumulation de poussière et de végétation. Les buffets sont quand même accessible pour tous . La plage étais incroyable les soirée spectacle aussi !

Room maintenance is excellent, the staff are welcoming and helpful, plenty of food and drinks at all hours. I highly recommend for vacationing!
