Friendly and generous staff with a high attention to detail and comfort. This is an exceptional property for an authentic Mexico experience. The service, food and rooms will transport you away from home and into another country filled with love and professionalism. The grotto pool has a small footprint but is deep, beautiful and comfortable to swim and lay around in. I will be back each year, I truly adore this hotel and the location is close to everything to get around and have a wonderful time.

It was a pleasant 3-night stay for our group. The place has a very good vibe.
Close to ADO bus terminal, making it very convenient for day tripping. Not walkable to beaches, but they are all reachable with a short Uber ride.
Overall we liked it here better than in the hotel zone - make our experience more authentic.
