Had an excellent stay at Four Points . The hotel is connected to Galina Hospital and I was having a procedure , and my partner dental work
The staff went above and beyond to be helpful . Ebby at the front desk deserves special recognition he was sooo helpful and nice !!!
It is close to a mall and a few restaurants convenience stores in a money exchange.
The roof top pool was nice to relax and very nice .
The only thing I could say that they're lacking is a laundry service or somewhere to do laundry....
I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Good hotel to stay at and a safe area. The a/c did not cool the room during the day but was good at night. Aside from the daytime a/c issue my stay here was really good.

For the price and proximity this is easily a great place to stay. Minutes from the shopping centers and a short ride to all the beaches and airport! Its not as fancy as an all inclusive but the AC works, its very clean, it isnt noisy, but its also not going to drain your wallet. The pool is nice but the gym is hardly a gym.

We stay at Four Points for a few days every year before heading further south. Close to major shopping needs-Costco, Chedraui etc. Underground secure parking is nice to have.
Room had a few issues-TV didn’t work but was addressed quickly. Very few towels provided so had to request more, but this was also dealt with promptly. Overall a comfortable stay.

This hotel was incredibly convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the rooms were amazing—very clean, comfortable, and perfect for resting.
We stayed here the night after my husband had a procedure at the hospital connected to the hotel, and the location made everything so much easier during a stressful time. Being able to walk back and forth was such a relief.
It’s also close to the mall if you have some time to get out and explore. The bistro and restaurant attached to the hotel were great—fairly priced and super convenient if you don’t feel like going anywhere.
Overall, a really comfortable and stress-free stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
