Location was wonderful. Customer services was great . They were very welcoming. Surrounding area was also a great perk . There’s a lot of restaurants and shopping . Overall this was a great location . Very clean .

Room was serviced as requested and staff was very happy and helpful. Staff assisted in moving luggage, open and closing doors and always pleasantly greeting us upon arrival and departure every day. When needed someone was always available for translation with receptive pleasantness

Hotel was very clean . Great customer service and the location was great . There a lot of restaurants around us . The only complaint is about the beach club . I don’t think it’s worth going there . As for me I see it as a way of them trying to sell you a time share. And also the bathroom near the pool don’t work z water pressure in the shower was poor . Other than that . It was a great stay

Lo reserve pensando que nomas era una parada para mi destino final pero el hotel estuvo maravilloso me arrepiento no aver agarrado mas noches. EXELENTE!
