極佳 Staff is very welcoming, attentive and always courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. They make you feel like family (the Aloha Spirit!)

極佳 I left my prescription glasses at the breakfast restaurant. Staff & Security took care of them until I could pick them up. Front desk and security were polite and very organized.
On the sad side the black jack dealer (female) was not very friendly though and she was on the edge of being very rude to me and my husband. She had lived in Hawaii but had no Aloha at all.

不錯 The first room was soooo noisy from the outside Freemont experience. They moved us to another room and the shower head was broken. Moved us to a third room and the toilet didn’t work correctly. I had stayed here in the past a while ago and expected better.

極佳 Hotel stay was awesome felt like home in da islands…room was clean, staff amazing, main cafe hit da spot, aloha specialty ono local food from Hawaii and parking in hotel garage is easy…overall stay was hella perfect and so relaxing with da ohana

極佳 Nice hotel. Sucks they charge a resort fee. Nice room. Bathroom was tight. Had to straddle toilet to close the door. Friendly staff. Great location for spending time on Fremont Street

很好 Well located hotel 5 mins from Fremont experience. Good parking and rooms were comfortable. Apart from market cafe which is 24/7 the other restaurants had closed quite early which was a shame as we were looking forward to the steak house but it shut at 21:30. We stayed one night and were very happy with our young family.
