極佳 From the moment we got to valet (which was free) through checking in with a free draft beer to our upgraded room with king size bed the stay, service, cost was all amazing. Us locals know what’s best and the place for the money is THE BEST!!!!

Me and my boyfriend arrived on July 4th. Our first time staying at this hotel. The room was not as clean as I thought. On Sunday we went out for a while and came back to the room about 7:45PM. Unfortunately our room was not clean. I called customer service for some clean towels and housekeeping. Unfortunately no one showed up until almost 9:00PM. too late! My boyfriend and I were very tired by then and had to check out by 11:00AM the next day. On Monday morning about 10:50AM on our check out day. Someone knocked on our door extremely hard so I opened the door and there was a guy apparently an employee from the hotel. He asked in a very rude way that check out was at 11:00AM which it was something I never experienced before. First and last time I stayed at this hotel. Bad service!

Every-time I stay here I get told “room you booked is not available “ or given other excuses to encourage an upgrade so I have to pay more than I was quoted and paid during booking. My last stay I prepaid and ended up requiring an upgrade due to needing non-smoking so had to pay more. We wont be back!

We got to go to the Circa Pool. The D is definitely my favorite place to stay at Freemont Street Experience.

Room was on the say side of the concert stage. AC unit made a vibration noise. Guests in the room next kept kicking the common door. We ended up checking out 1:30 am being unable to sleep. We notify front desk of issues upon leaving

Only one little issue, no coffee machine in room but maybe because there is a coffee store downstairs which was nice. Overall, great stay and right on Fremont! Definitely will be returning!
