Everything was good!

Horrible horrible! Would not recommend. Self check in did not work. Check in lines wrapped around either only 3 staff members working. Elevators not properly working. No bag service available. Have to give an ID to get a cart take your own bags up then bring the cart back to get your ID. Air conditioning in room and hallways not working properly is the middle of summer is diabolical. Short stay will not be returning .

Borring

Room súper old , dirty windows Dirty bathroom & is my first time paying for parking when I stay in a hotel $23 Day or VIP $30.

The property was nice and well maintained. Our room was clean. The restaurants in the hotel were hit or miss, not opening when they should've been open, all quite expensive. Certain things like a gift shop and other boutiques were closed down. The family pool hours ended at 5pm during the week and 6pm on Saturday/Sunday which is pretty early. The elevator to our room was all the way back in the corner of the hotel so coming and going was a trek. The timeshare selling people were pretty aggressive in their approach the entire stay.

The room stink like drainage. The water smelled tasted so bad. The curtains were covered with stains. The AC wasn’t working. I had to ask for a refund then make a reservations somewhere else. After a week, I’m still trying to get my refund! Bad experience. Please go somewhere else and enjoy your money and vacation!

Rooms were OK somewhat dirty and run down, Lots of elevator buttons were broken. Staff was a little rude especially around the casino area.

Pague casi 300 dólares no tenía internet y si me conectaba debía pagar, la estancia en la piscina había que pagar por los muebles, no dejaron abrir la sombrillas o paraguas al menos para resguarde del alto calor o proteger del sol, la verdad una experiencia terrible, no volveré

The rooms are a bit outdated. I requested a non smoking room but it still smelled of smoke. The smoke was so awful that when I came home it smelled like cigarette smoke on my items. The staff was friendly and there’s lots of good amenities. I had went to the front desk because the thermostat was broken and the air was too cold to the point we were freezing and I don’t think anything was ever done because we froze the whole time at night in the room but I heard other rooms had no air at all. They should invest in fully covering the box springs. It was very stained and dirty and the headboard was ripped. Not a totally bad experience but I don’t think I would ever book there without any updates.
