Excellent play to stay whilst sightseeing in the Westminster area as all accessible via foot. I didn’t have to book the carpark which is underneath the hotel and this was brilliant. Wonderful place would stay again

The room was extremely small even though it was a corner room.
The breakfast we paid for was nice and convenient I would recommend it.
The evening Starbucks team was great, very friendly and accommodating.

Great location in Central London. Excellent Breakfast buffet. Cabs out front all day so easy to get around town.

不錯 The hotel is in a great location. I was disappointed with the room as I paid for a deluxe corner room. The view was of an abandoned building with a small sliver of the Thames River. Based on the price paid for the 3 days, it was pretty frustrating.
Location and breakfast was good, The staff at checkin were not particularly enthusiastic or welcoming, but Romero and Valerio were extremely nice and tried to be accommodating.
