Stated one night prior to our flight. Perfect for our needs

Clean

the front desk people were excellent. they were friendly and informative.

This is our favorite hotel when we are catching early morning flights out of Boston. They have dependable airport shuttle service at frequent intervals, and the hotel itself is very restful prior to our flight. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Our room was clean, well stocked with linens, and had a pleasant atmosphere. We also appreciated having the on-site restaurant as an option for food.

Property was spotless and close to airport. A/c worked great! Employees super nice and helpful! Free shuttle leaves every 15 minutes to rental car return or airport departures. Drivers are so nice and helpful. My whole stay was A+++! Well done to this Hilton property! Will be staying again next fall for sure!

I also stayed at the Hilton Garden Logan last fall. Love it there! That is why I booked again for a summer trip. Convenient to fly in and out, facility is wonderful and staff the best a!

We stayed for 4 days with my 2 elementary children. We got a clean room and huge! The staff are very friendly and ready to assist when needed.

I chose to book this hotel because I thought its proximity to the airport and shuttle service would allow me to get as much sleep as possible before my 5 am flight the next morning. To my disbelief, when I arrived at 11:30 pm following a day full day of travel, I was told that our room was not ready. The staff told me they had overbooked and the house keeping service was behind. I find this completely unacceptable given that my check in time was several hours prior. The only accommodations I was offered was a drink out of the fridge. I would never book here again.

No breakfast for free. Rooms were nice and comfortable though and shuttle to airport at 6am was great.
