Super convenient location - within the airport. Dog friendly. Perfect when you have a late flight into or an early flight out of Logan. Staff was friendly and helpful

A/C wasn’t working in our room. Actually blowing hot air. Room temp 80. Staff declined to move us. Had to make multiple visits to front desk to get someone to fix the problem. It was late at night and they kept telling us that someone would come. We had an early morning flight and needed to get rest. A very pleasant maintenance man finally came and noted right away how hot it was in the room. Fortunately he was able to fix it. My complaint is that we should not have had to be persistent, and experience a late night in a hot room waiting for a resolution

Can’t beat the convenience of you have an overnight layover in Boston— walking to and from the airport is great. The fitness center, pool and hot tub are nice amenities. We had a great stay and headed out on the next leg of our journey well rested.

Staff was friendly, rooms were decent cause use a little updating. The little convenient snack area was expensive and food not sold as advertised.
