The staff was fine and the room was clean. The actual room and night time was terrible since the walls were paper thin and I could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door. I could hear someone’s phone call at 1am go on for 2 hours. The hotel is right next to a train track where the train’s horn goes off all throughout the day and night so that made the night even worse. The hotel restaurant was tiny and nothing impressive. I would not stay here ever again.

The room was clean, and they gave me a free cookie when I checked in, which was very nice.

There was very strong weird smell in corridor and room. I spoke with staff, they were helpful and change my room but other corridor has same smell and room has less smell then previous one

Place is beautiful and airport pick up wonderful but be aware the trains travel by almost every 30 min. If you happen to get a room on that side of the building it is a bit noisy.

All good although the breakfast was a little expensive

I can’t believe I didn’t see this in any prior reviews, but this is one of the loudest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Awoken constantly at night by trains, traffic, etc, and this was with the AC on high fan, a noise machine and ear plugs. The hotel itself is nice and the staff were great, but the noise made it unbearable.

The lobby and restaurant are newly updated and well done. I gave a list to the manager of things that have not been maintained in room 429: 1. Wallpaper coming off walls in several places in the bathroom 2.makeup mirror falling off the wall 3. Toilet flush handle not fully working 4. One more can’t remember

Location was near airport but walking was difficult and a car was needed. Shuttle was necessary and convenient. Food was just okay and very expensive for breakfast $16-20 and store in lobby expensive. Room carpet was sticky and dirty. Room 711 was not sound proof. You could hear slamming doors all night along with the TV & clear conversations all night from next room until 5:30 am when they checked out. NOT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP
