The hotel is nice. It is close to public transportation . There is a mall next door. Breakfast was also good. They offered a lot of different options.

Amazing place, location as wells

Excelente ubicación para quienes llegan desde el AIFA, solicitando que los deje en la estación Buena Vista. Además, encontrarán un centro comercial que lo tiene todo desde la venta de helados Moyos hasta una tienda Soriana. Cuenta con un desayuno muy completo con personal que te atenderá de lo mejor. Las habitaciones muy limpias únicamente la puerta del baño por humedad ya tiene un deterioro leve que deberán de mejorar, pero en general, todo muy limpio, y más aún tenemos niños y nos gustó que hotel no tenga alfombras por la rinitis alérgica de nuestros hijos. Además, si quieres hacer uso de transporte público te queda justo diferentes paradas.

Desde la llegada el personal amable y servicial, habitacion cómoda y limpia, el desayuno variable y muy rico.

Doesn’t have room service. You have to took two elevators to get to the rooms. Property is just in the premises of Forum Buena Vista Mall. That was a plus. Beds are comfy. The air conditioner could be better. Not as cold as I wish. WiFi works great. They now have a breakfast with some Mexican dishes and American typical breakfast. I recommend this property.

Great central location to all the major tourist sites in CDMX. Transportation whether it was public or taxi/uber was easily accessible from this location. We appreciated the daily breakfast which included a variety of self serve options and cook to order eggs and quesadillas.

Nice and clean room, good breakfast

Breakfast was good and the housekeeping staff was very kind. However, the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. I booked a two bed room and she game me a one bed room. When I brought this issue up, she said no other rooms were available without checking, and did not acknowledge that I had paid extra for the two bed room. We were also given incorrect breakfast vouchers for our stay. On the day of departure, it took 34 minutes to get our car. When we asked for an update, the response was again rude, and we noticed she was courteous to other guests but not to us. Overall, I would rate this hotel 2 stars due to the delicious breakfast and the kindness of the housekeeping and valet staff.
