Centrally located in Roma with a dog park nearby. Great staffs are very helpful and professional. Will definitely stay here again.

Our Stay was wonderful. My issue with the hotel is with respect to the payment/charge on check out. We were quoted a rate in US$ and according to Expedia, we had the choice of prepay or pay at the hotel. We selected pay at the hotel. However on checkout, we were charged in Mexico Pesos using an inflated exchange rate. According to the hotel, they use a fixed rate of 19 pesos to US$ (which is similar to the rate back in 2025). The ending charge was approximately 10% higher than the actual exchange rate we experienced throughout our trip (for example at restaurants or stores). Very disappointing.

Everything about the hotel was perfect from the staff, room amenities. It was perfect!!! Only thing upset about is being overcharged. I was giving my receipt with the correct amount, was charged for a coffee that I charged my room. It was correct on paper. then I was charged a different amount on my card Two days later when it posted. My two other sons also booked a room. Same thing.

Location was great for walking- lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was wonderful. From the moment we stepped onto the property everyone was very attentive and helpful, especially in the dining area. We bought a bag of popcorn from the lobby store to pop and the staff did it for us and gave us a bowl to put it in. So nice. The rooms were nice. We had two rooms on the 3rd floor, one facing the street and the other facing the back. The street view was much nicer, and both had a bit of noise from outside. The only real awkward moment for us was after we had the front desk arrange transportation for us to the airport. We were told it would be 400 pesos for 4 people being dropped off at two different terminals. We verified price again with the staff when the driver came. When I went to pay the driver though at the airport, he said I owed him $500 pesos. I don’t have anymore pesos so had to awkwardly just walk away. That was disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was great. I’d just take Uber next time.

Everything was fantastic

This hotel is perfect for a Mexico City trip. The neighborhood is a fantastic area for walking and has exceptionally good food and secondhand stores. The staff at the hotel are all wonderful. It’s not the cheapest place you’re going to find, but it’s by far not the most expensive either. The gym does the job. The only thing I would suggest is to try to get a room away from the road if possible, if you’re super light sleeper like I am, but the noise didn’t last for that long on the weekends. It really wasn’t that bad. Unequivocally I would stay there again.
