The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The gym is a little small but works for a few days. I would definitely return

Stayed here for the first time during the World Cup festivities, and this hotel did not disappoint. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of El Ángel, and the neighborhood offers plenty of great dining options. The staff provided exceptional customer service throughout my stay, and both the hotel and the rooms were spotless. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The moment we got there, the staff was very rude. They charged me $400 pesos for a family member That drove us to the hotel and I Invited him in to relax before he went on his way The sink was clogged as well as the tub Additional, I was charge another $400 pesos for a towel that they claimed we stained I was charged for parking and on the second day coming back from doing some errands, my key wouldn’t work to unlock the room because they said I had to pay for parking all over again in order to have access to my room again Very bad experience with this hotel
