Amazing place! Customer service was outstanding! The perfect spot to stay and walk around at night, bars restaurants and coffee shops anything you can think of it’s walking distance. Will definitely go back!

The location,

This is my second time trying this place. Sadly it’s still very dirty, even after they “clean” your feet are black from walking around the unit. There is an odd Oder in the bathroom. They don’t replace soap, toilet paper or towels and you will have to regularly go down and ask for it yourself. The couch is very uncomfortable. The cushions slide off and are not very clean. No good place to work from. Will not go back here.

This was my 2nd time of stay and i recommended 100%…!!!

Good location. Plenty of Restaurants and great for tour pick-ups.

Staff was very helpful at all times, the room was very clean and modern, easy walkable distance for everything. They do offer parking if needed of site but safe. View are amazing from the rooftop. The pool has glass bottom and it is warm perfect for winter.

All the staff was very polite and friendly, the room was cozy and functional and it was very well located in the Reforma area.

staff was awesome, very welcoming and helpful. Location is excellent!! Alothough an active neighbourhood all is quiet after 10pm. We loved the roof top terrace!!
