The room is small and old, but it was near the train station so we booked it. We only found out when we arrived that the hotel has no air conditioning at all, so during the heatwave it was unlivable. Do not come here unless you're okay with sweating while sitting still and sleeping. We immediately rebooked to the Hilton which was far more comfortable.

It was an extremely hot. I was not aware that the hotel does not have air conditioning. The electric fan was not sufficient to cool the room. I did not sleep well at all.

Very close to the train station and easy access to the old city. The room is insulated enough to stop the general noise of the station, but not the all night noise in the street. I was there during the heatwave, and while the room have some air circulation it is not AC and the room was 25-26c, so not comfortable to sleep. The breakfast is excellent. The room was clean and the shower worked on hot and cold (useful to cool down). Staff tried to be helpful.

Very good. City center, and easy access

Room was clean. Got a few sheets with stains on them but there was no big deal to swap them out. Very nice desk staff. Extra close to the cathedral and hauptbanhof. Would stay again if back in köln. No fridge in the room and no ac, the fan worked very well however so no worries there, even in 90°f heat.

The location is perfect it’s just in front of central station where you can go every where , but also so close to köln cathedral and old city on the Rhein River where all the beautiful sightseeing. My room was Comfort Room and it was adequate to my needs for me and my wife.thanks God that the weather was nice 20 Celsius so I didn’t feel hot as there’s no Aircondition. The staff are so nice and helpful. I do recommend for all cologne visitors. The price is reasonable. But I hope they will add mini bar (refrigerator) to the room.

Very fast and efficient check in. Everything was clean. Facilities are in great state

The hotel is next to the train and bus station which felt unsafe and very dirty. We drove a car and the parking garage had some men standing around watching in a negative view. The rooms are tiny, hot and loud noises outside all night long. The breakfast was delicious and it was close to the cathedral. I would not recommend this location.
