The hotel and room were clean however location was not convenient to restaurants. We stayed during the heat wave so to be fair if the weather had been more pleasant the walk to find a place to eat wouldn't have been so arduous.

Normal

Nice big clean family room and excellent breakfast buffet. Location of hotel was great and it was quiet too.

Good hotel in a convenient location, good staff

I was sitting in reception and a mouse popped out to say hello. Staff responded quick but enough said Good hotel overall, great location

Stayed here over New Year. The hotel is towards the edge of Cologne, very close to the chocolate museum, but walkable into the centre. Thought we had booked breakfast, but obviously hadn't; was given the option to purchase but at 25euros pp we decided against it! They do have a self service area with snacks and drinks which is convenient (although we used the garage shop next door instead as cheaper). The room was as expected with a mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very comfy and the curtains kept the light out well. We were checking out on NY Day and so check out was delayed until 1pm which was a nice touch.

It’s clean and OK. It’s clean and OK . 15 minutes for me to walk to the center..

Friendly Staff and Great Rooms

Thoroughly enjoyable short stay

Fantastic hotel - great location in walkable distance from everything we needed to enjoy a weekend in Cologne. The hotel was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.
