Our stay was spoilt by the poor used towels in the bathroom which clearly had been overlooked and were not luxurious as one would expect in a hotel of this type

Lovely hotel, loved the little truck coffee station in lobby.

Great

Central London ok, but it is a very expensive hotel for the quality of the rooms - had inside looking twin room that was very small. Two people staying in the room and only one large towel on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. Asked for more for the service staff but only used their initiative once. No hand soap for the duration of the stay despite asking for it. Seems a pretty simple request. Hotel shop is seriously over-priced. Can't get over how expensive this place is and that's me saying that coming from Dubai. Hells Kitchen was a ghost town every night we peeked inside. Not inspiring place to eat. Would I go back - sorry, but that's a no.

I had trouble with this place. The poor stars says it all. Was a good location however.

Felt there was a strange smell throughout the hotel as soon as you walked in and the room itself wasn't the cleanest. Location though was fantastic

It smelt strongly of the sewer at reception. Very basic hotel room, with poor in room amenities. Poor reception staff - felt like a very budget hotel experience at check-in. Which is a shame, as I stayed here quite a few years back and it was much much better.

Large hotel at a EXCELLENT location close to a tube station. Rooms are very clean. We had the executive VIP room which was great ! Spacious and clean with a Fridge and coffee machine. Some work neede to be taken to get the vip in room experience to a higher level. VIP includes access to a vip lounge open from 9 am - 10 pm. VIP lounge includes coffee machines , soft drinks and alcohol and based on time of day various food options. It is staffed by the most wonderful ladies who were friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Navi , Ellie and pravalika for always welcoming us with a smile and for ensuring we had a great experience in the Lounge. A big thank you also to the wonderful doorman Saleh who was always helpful and nice . And thank you to Sufian Mohammad from concierge desk who there to assist when needed. It’s truly those people who made the Stay great.
