Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! A huge thank you to the front desk representative for the complimentary room upgrade—it made our visit even more special and was such a thoughtful gesture. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and spotless accommodations truly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms - can’t complain.

Check in staff were amazing. Room wasn’t ready but we got drinks vouchers and then a free roomUpgrade as I’d booked for my husbands birthday. Staff were friendly and attentive and more than made up for the delay.

Great location, clean well appointed rooms with good coffee provisions. Didn’t try the breakfast as there are so many options nearby.

Great staff and location

Pestana Hotel staff was fantastic especially Luisa. We ended up staying a week as the trip to London was a mix of business and meeting family. Our prior reservation was of 3 days but she helped us extend our trip and ensure we have continuity in our existing room. Rooms are comfortable and large. It has a great location near many vibrant restaurants in battersea power station. The park and river are right by it making it an ideal site to roam and take in the sun sets. The hotel has a chill lobby bar and a pool to relax. During our week long stay their sauna was not working but that was a minor issue and out of their control. Highly recommend

The hotel was really nice, staff also, just a shame with the lack of maintained/working spa facilities at the time of my visit. Great location and easy to find.

Hotel staff gave our bag to another customer. Used CCTV to check after we insisted they locate bag and proceeded to tell us we left with the bag, we told them to continue checking and that’s when they realised it had been left with them and handed out to incorrect person despite the fact that it had a tag on. Therefore, had not even checked what they handed out and to who

Room was spacious, although the shower was a big let down. The breakfast is also very average, no coffee machines just push down conference containers and the general selection was no better than 3*. The staff were great overall an ok stay for one night, just missing some key basics to push the rating higher
