Lovely staff , great location, comfy beds, nice breakfast. Would stay again .

Clean room. Air con. Slept well. Room wasn’t big but did for a few nights. Great location and good value for money.

Arrived for a 2 night stay was put in an Attic room very depressing asked to move was told the next morning they will have a look. We then moved to what I would describe as a Cupboard!!!Was brighter though could actually see!!!The HOtel is very tired and needs total upgrading!! The Reception is the only pleasent place in the whole hotel!!!

We encountered surly staff; had a dingy basement room that sloped and was very uncomfortable We will never stay there again

Ideal for our trip to Wembley

Smallest room I’ve ever had. This was in the basement with NO windows. I repeat- no windows at all. Difficult to open the door it was so small. Not even a stool or chair. Terrible idea to stay here.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are small but comfortable, great showers and perfect location to tour London

The hotel, staff, room and breakfast are all good. In the basement rooms you can hear the subway. This did not affect me at all. The location of this hotel is it's strongest point. Five minutes walk from Paddington station which is an easy 20 minutes from Heathrow. Painless transfer. The area around the hotel is pleasant fir walking with a number of great restaurants, corner shops and even a pharmacy. I would stay no where else.

Small clean room, excellent water pressure in shower, perfect location a 5-7 minute walk to paddington train station and tube. Several restaurants in area, about 10 minute walk to little Venice and Italian sunken gardens of Hyde park. While fridge in my room did not work,the one in my sister’s room did. The air conditioner was good and needed as it was quite hot during our mid June stay, Staff were all very nice. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would highly recommend for location and price point. Would stay here again.

The room and bathroom seemed small compared to the hotels here in the US, otherwise, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was close to Paddington Station, which was great!
