Lovely big room with fantastic AC. Some miscommunications from the hotel regarding the booking, but they were resolved once we arrived.

​A Sparkly Clean Oasis with Istanbul Vibes. ​If you’re looking for a freshly scrubbed, recently renovated base just off Edgware Road, the London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch delivers. ​Now, let’s talk location. Whether you love the area will entirely depend on your personal taste. It’s vibrant, incredibly diverse, and stepping onto Edgware Road feels less like classic London and more like a bustling street in Istanbul, complete with Arabic signage everywhere. Lean into it! We did, and we ended up sampling a dessert from Hafiz Mustafa (Mehmet Efendi) that was absolutely magnificent—even if it did leave a fairly sizable dent in my wallet. Worth it? Absolutely. ​The Room & Amenities ​We were allocated a room on the 4th floor, and it was flawless. Super clean, sleek, modern, and high on the comfort scale. It checked all the boxes for the essentials, too: tea, coffee, complimentary water, iron, and the all-important holy trinity of hotel stay survival—good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. ​The Ground Floor & Staff ​Fair warning: the reception area and foyer are currently undergoing a bit of a facelift. It’s a little haphazard at the moment, but honestly, nothing dramatic enough to ruin your stay. Plus, any dust is completely overshadowed by the staff. They are, quite simply, amazing. We’re talking genuinely friendly, endlessly helpful, and always smiling—the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like they’ve been eagerly counting down the minutes until you arrived.

A Silver Celebration at Marble Arch: An Unforgettable 8-Night Stay My wife and I recently concluded an eight-night stay at the London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and "magnificent" truly is the only word that does the experience justice. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our silver anniversary was nothing short of spectacular. Exceptional Service and Breakfast The level of service here is world-class. Every staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. A special mention must go to the breakfast service. It became the highlight of our mornings; the selection was fresh and extensive, but it was the seamless, friendly hospitality that made each meal feel like a private celebration. Going Above and Beyond The true test of a hotel’s service is how they handle the unexpected. I had arranged for a local flower shop to deliver a bouquet for my wife, but the shop completely missed the delivery timeframe. When the hotel staff realized what had happened, they stepped up without a second thought to save the day. The Verdict The London Marriott Marble Arch didn't just provide us with a room; they provided us with a memory. Their ability to turn a potential disappointment into a highlight of our trip speaks volumes about their dedication to their guests. If you are looking for a hotel in London that combines luxury with heart, look no further.

This hotel is currently under renovation/construction which we were not aware of. So while missing a bit of ambience, the staff more than made up for the awkwardness caused by the lack of lobby space - including always being available to carry bags up and down a couple steps and cater to the club services such as food and beverages. The lack of a concierge was something we missed with this being our first time in London and staying at this location. The rooms were standard and the bathroom very tight but there was always water and coffee available and a small fridge and the housekeeping staff were efficient. We departed on Easter weekend and the staff were busy handing out Easter eggs and hot cross buns. I would stay again for the convenience of the location and the outstanding service of the staff.

The hotel is under refurbishment so I feel we don’t get the whole experience of what the hotel offers when normally operating. The room was fine bed was comfy but the room was dated… sockets falling off the wall,
