Amazing hotel with great rooms, food and private garden area. It is in a less crowded local area which is perfect but still easily walkable to lots of sites. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful property. Great service very easy to get to by boat.

Amazing experience. I traveled with a 3 year old toddler and my mom 65years old. This hotel was Further out north in Venice where you avoid the crowds and noise of tourists yet still very easy to get around. Ran into a lot of locals, bakeries in this area. This hotel is near one of the areas where you can find original Venecian spritz - Fondamenta Dei Ormensini area. Amazing food options nearby and the hotel sits on the edge of the lagoon, you can see other islands from the dock. Hotel also offered shuttle (by boat) services throughout the day which made it easy to get to the other side of the island where St Marco Square was located with my family. But, we walked most of Venice and skipped this option most of the visit. Breakfast was great! Available until 11am and a good variety of options even for kids. Service was also attentive, respectful, they remembered our coffee and tea preferences, treated my son very kind and room service was excellent. Our fav part was the garden! A beautiful way to start your day eating breakfast and admiring beautiful plants and scenery. We will be back!

Very nice hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the decor is as far from bland as you can get. You really know you’re in Venice in this hotel. The best thing about staying at this hotel is the location - very quiet but only a 3 minute walk from loads of great bars and restaurants. The Cannaregio area is so lovely and feels far away from the heaving tourist heart of Venice, even though it’s only about 25 minutes walk away. The hotel also runs a shuttle boat 2/3 times in the morning, returning early evening. €8 pp. The hotel is very relaxing. It’s not huge and busy. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are all helpful. Rooms well equipped. You can request anything you need online. We asked for an extra pillow that way and it came immediately! I was impressed.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. Very clean, friendly staff. Little issues in the room that make this rather a 4 star hotel, based on our experience with 5 star ones. For example sound insulation (we could hear noises through the door); sink hole cover getting stuck; the bed mattress was on the cheap side with no topper. One of the Managers (Sara) was very sweet and professional, and offered us to move to the presidential suite, but the mattress was the same and we decided to stay in our room. Breakfast was good. Free water taxi to Murano island, the visit to the glass (or rather crystal) factory was amazing.
