Really marvelous hotel near the Santa Lucia train station. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and really luxurious shower and bathroom. And the outdoor bar area was very enjoyable in the early evening with delicious cocktails and snacks. Highly recommend

Our room was absolutely beautiful!!! When we checked in, the beautiful woman at the front desk said she was going to show us to our room. And you could tell she was very excited to show us. And I understand why. The room was unique and very cool!! We even had a rooftop balcony overlooking Venice. The hotel was gorgeous and a little bit away from the chaos of the Rialto bridge but very close to the train station or the Piazzale Roma which is the main transport hub to and from the airports (less than a ten minute walk to both). There are plenty of dining options and shopping close to the hotel and the main action of the Rialto bridge is only a 15 minute walk away. There is a bar at this hotel and we were offered a welcome Prosecco drink ticket on arrival. I love finding these unique hidden gems especially when least expected!!! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!

Great location! Very clean and nice hotel. The staff was very helpful.

A short 10-minute walk from the Venice Santa Lucia train station, this absolute gem of a hotel is tucked away in quiet back street in the Santa Croce district. The staff here is friendly and welcoming and most eager to accommodate your needs. The room was cool and comfortable, with a "mini-bar" well stocked with natural bottled water, soft drinks and snacks, all free of charge. In addition, you get a complimentary glass of Proseco wine from the bar upon check in. The rooms include a dazzling breakfast buffet which includes coffee, eggs made to order, dried fruits, nuts, cold cuts, cheeses, salad bar, cereal, yogurt, pastries, and breads. All in all, the Santa Coce Boutique Hotel was a real find and well worth the cost. The neighborhood was mostly quiet at night, which fostered many nights of deep, restful sleep. P.S.--our air conditioning system worked perfectly, and there was no problem with mosquitoes!

This boutique hotel was amazing! After 11 days at sea, this was our one and only night in Venice. The staff was outstanding in every detail. I knew we couldn't conquer Venice in a day. The staff listened to my interests and gave me several suggestions that we managed to enjoy. The room was quiet luxury and perfect for my deserved nap as my body still swayed to the motion of the sea. Their recommendations to our one night for dinner was 5 star. Breakfast fit for royalty. Quiet location easy access to train station.

Such a lovely hotel! Comfortable, beautiful, and out of the way of the Venice crowds.
