Superb location! Seamless communication and arrangement from arrival to departure. The facility was very clean. This is our child’s favorite hotel, they prepared a twin size bed for her in our suite, along with her own little robe and slippers that just made the her whole stay beyond amazing!

Awesome place. Right in the heart of Venice. But still quiet because the rooms are soundproofed. We stayed in suites 301 and 410. Both were beautiful, with high ceilings. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The concierge was super knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was great. And the on site restaurant was beautiful with excellent food. Beds were extremely comfortable. One of the best hotels in Venice for sure!

Location superb High end Boutique stay with a superb touch

We loved the hotel

It was like being invited to a wealthy family member’s home. Nothing like walking into any other hotel. The staff, even those who we had not previously interacted with, took time to greet us and know our names and room number. The The building is exquisite, the room appointed with art, glasswork, books to make it feel like home. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant beautiful. A lovely way to start busy days in Venice which gives ample opportunity for walking off the hearty meal. When we booked the hotel it was more expensive than what we typically do but worth every bit.

Meilleur hôtel à Venise

Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again.

This was the best hotel of our vacations in Italy. The staff was extraordinary, especially Sylvia at the front desk. The room was spectacular with a terrace in front of the San Marco Tower, refined decor and amenities. The Library Bar has great drinks and an amazing vibe and the restaurant (the former Venice stock exchange building) has first class service and food. It is a mix of elegant/modern components that make this hotel unique and different from other Venetian classic and famous hotels, that feel more like staying in an old castle. Hope we are back soon.

Great location, great service, will visit again

Beautiful hotel, great location, and amazing staff. This is my new favorite hotel in Venice!
