很好 Never saw anyone cleaning thru out the hotel. The restaurant bar area was not the cleanest. Countertop and menus could of been wiped down better. Updating is needed.

When booking my room I put in 5 travelers including 3 children. The room had 2 double beds and a love seat. The love seat did not turn into a bed nor was there additional bedding available. There was no where else for our 5 th person to sleep except at the end of the bed like a dog. It was very very uncomfortable. Also the hotel is very busy and the elevators were very slow and always overcrowded. I also had to call both nights for more towels. The location was good but if you have more than 4 people this might not be a good choice

Room wasn’t ready at check in time. They told me I had a room on the 30th floor but would need to wait to receive a call. Never received the call and when I went back to front desk the room had been given to someone else.
