極佳 We just returned from a 2-night stay on Clifton Hill and had a great experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, especially with young kids—it made it so easy to head back for breaks throughout our busy days.
We stayed in an unrenovated room on the first floor facing the pool, and it was still very nice. The patio was lovely, especially with all the beautiful flowers. The beds were incredibly comfortable (we brought our own pillows, as we always do), and we were very happy with the room overall. We were even able to push one of the beds against the wall, which made our 5.5-year-old feel secure while sleeping—a small detail that made a big difference.
The pool was warm and surprisingly quiet during our stay. The shallow end was perfect for our son—it was deep enough for him to jump in and have fun, but shallow enough that he could comfortably stand with his head above the water.
The nightly rate was definitely on the higher side, but that’s Niagara Falls in general. Being right on Clifton Hill was absolutely worth it for us. We saved money by not having to pay for parking multiple times or use Ubers, and having everything within walking distance made the trip so much easier with a young child.
Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and welcoming.
We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families!

很好 Great location in the middle of the action on Clifton Hill. Surprisingly quiet at night given the location. Pool was clean and well maintained. There was a police incident while w stayed there that was a bit unnerving, never heard what happened.
