We always stay here when we come to Niagara Falls. This time did not seem as nice. There were security guards everywhere which made it feel like the hotel was unsafe. The elevators were not working when we first got there. Pool was very chlorinated which made it pretty unbearable to go for a swim. Maybe why no one was there. Parking seemed to be more expensive than previous years which we found ridiculous since the lot was not even full and it’s literally on the same property as the hotel. Not sure if we will come back here.

Close to OLG Stage.
Outdoor hot tub was pleasant, maybe a bit too hot.
Friendly helpful staff.
Cons:
Room had an odour, but manageable.
Two of three elevators out of service on arrival, so long waits.
Indoor pool had a strong chemical odour, so we skipped.

There seemed to be an over-abundant amount of security with some floors even having security guards but it didn’t help. I phoned the front desk multiple times when someone chose to knock on multiple doors on the 18th floor every 30 minutes throughout the night. Security doing their rounds didn’t seem to help. This happened for almost 3 hours. I received an apology from staff - that is it.
The next day, there was screaming in the hall while I was in a business meeting. It was reported it to the staff & again just an apology and another excuse.
Do not stay here. It is definitely not worth the cost. Completely unacceptable conditions & response by the staff.

We did a wine tour that left at 1 pm. Our room wasn't ready yet,but they kept our bags in locked room for us, which was nice. Elevators are fast, view was nice.
