Breakfast was just prepackaged food and coffee not good.

I love this place: the ambience as much as the amenities. The staff is always warm and helpful. And the location is ideal!

Very close to 125th street & various attractions of Harlem Ny

The room entry doors don’t fully go from top of frame to the floor. I could put my foot underneath the entry door and be in the hallway - which is a major safety concern. The facilities are old and dusty vibes. The carpet is old and needs to be renovated. It was clean but smelled dated. The staff didn’t provide any facility information at check in. He just asked me my id and card on file. Very cold reception we property - overall but they do have a lot of people monitoring the front door to ensure only guests enter.

Stayed here numerous times about 4-5 years ago but it seems like the property is not maintained as well. It’s like if you don’t look too hard in the corners, you don’t have to see the water stains or peeling paint. Decent but used to be better.

Pictures of the hotel are really nice . But Once you go into your room floors are really dirty, multiple stains on curtains , shower tiles are horrible . They have valet but when i got there it was “full” they weren’t really helpful with parking.

AC did not work and it was a heat wave. Also there was mold around the caulking in the shower.

Clean Rooms well maintained

It was a trouble place I never see very dirty bad Customer Service I wish I never go there even I found cockroach, under the sink. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Nice for a short stay. The bathrooms aren’t the best but it works for the price. Location is good.
