I had ants in my room on the floors I have no clue where they were coming from. There were a bunch of flies in the bathroom and the shower. There were also flies on the toilet. The little ironing board wouldn’t stay up either.

Had a great stay at the Melrose. Cute and secluded, but close to everything. The room was lovely, clean, and everything worked. When I called the front desk for assistance, they were on it promptly and made sure to communicate if they might take a little longer. Will be staying there again!!!

It’s close to yankee stadium

Great stay

The staff were really helpful and friendly, service was amazing.

I had a great experience, the receptionist Zue was everything. She was super sweet and very nice. The hotel was clean and decent. The AC was nice and cold just how I like it. I would definitely come back. Give my girl Zue a raise!!!

Excellent

A very helpful staff . Clean and professional services.

I loved everything about it it was the most wonderful experience in the most crucial situation I was going thru

First off, I had no clue this was an extension of the opera house, which I’ve stayed at multiple times. Melrose hotel is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.. quickest check-in ever, straight to the point and amazing customer service! Rooms were big and CLEAN, Bathroom was immaculate. Jordan and Zue are the absolute best! They are kind, respectful, and seem to love their job! Thanks to the both of yall for making my stay outstanding. I will definitely be back, sooner than later! Stay blessed yall.
