We loved our stay, but the from rooms near the road were super loud at all hours of the day and night.

Vey well, clean respectful hotel.. Their breakfast was good 24hrs water& coffee(that's so vital to me at least,, they need to work on the conditioner sound and

Very quiet hotel. The room was super clean . Breakfast very good . All the staff super helpful. I will come again.

The hospitality from the hostess at the front desk was unmatched. I’m upset that I forgot her name.

Amazing hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting New York for a concert and I can definitely say this hotel was top tier! The property was extremely clean, the staff were phenomenal especially Carlos at the front desk, upon arrival he gave us complimentary early check-in, he thoroughly explained everything and was extremely professional and pleasant. All of the staff that we came in contact with were of the staff were pleasant and willing to assist . The hotel is a diamond in the ruff as it sits in the middle of a South Bronx neighborhood that may not be pleasantly looking; but, was most definitely safe we felt comfortable walking the neighborhood day and night. There are a variety of food places around and close to the subway. I would 1000% stay here again!!!

very nice. breakfast was just muffins, bagels, and yogurt and drinks and fruit. nothing to crazy hut room was clean staff was nice and parking is first come first serve. would stay again if needed

Great place, love staying here!

The breakfast was bad,no variety. Is all about bread and bread. Only went for breakfast twice out of 6 nights. Awful breakfast.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and extremely helpful. We were very comfortable during our stay and the kids enjoyed it as well. They were very accommodating to hold luggage in a secure room beyond checkout time and accommodated us ahead of checkout time.
