I only stayed here for one night. Once I got into the room, I tried to put the deadbolt on the deadbolt does not have anything to connect to so it’s pointless. I went downstairs. He told me all the doors are like that. Then the mattress, oh my goodness, I had two flat sheets on my bed no fitted sheet. The mattress was horrible. Had cigarette burns and I think I saw a bedbug. I took a picture of it. I took a picture of the mattress. I took a video of it. I cannot sleep in that bed. The hot water took about 10 to 15 minutes to get hot. The area is a little sketchy, but it’s also by a lot of shopping stores and the train. Just don’t come out at night. But you get what you pay for right… would I stay here again probably not would I recommend this place probably not…but to each its own.

Hotel is well kept just had to request for my room to be swept and mopped

I booked for a week stay, i called in advance to make sure i could recieve amazon packsges there, they assured me I could. In the first room the curtains fell down and they could not get them back up so i had to switch rooms. The room they switched me too, had no phone, no mirror, and the wifi connection did not work, so NO TV! The sheets on the bed did not fit so there was exposed raw dirty matress. They slammed the door to the stair case ALL NIGHT LONG! I checked out early!! Never Again!!! Oh and i never got my package , im dealing with USPS now..

Clean and good air

Its obvious they are using the hotel as a shelter. For a one night stay it was average. The quality did not warrant the 200 plus for one night. The staff was friendly by there was no toliet paper in the bathroom.

The hotel room are very dirty the entire room smell weed bed sheets are dirty floors dirty all common areas are people smoking weed yelling slamming doors screaming all night i can't sleep really bad experience.

My stay here was truly beautiful, especially if you’re looking for a place to decorate and surprise your partner. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and perfect for creating a romantic setup. The people around the area are also very kind; whenever you need something, they try their best to help you in a simple and friendly way. One of the most spectacular things about this hotel is that it has parking, which makes everything so much easier and more convenient. It’s a place I would recommend if you’re looking for comfort and a space that feels like home.

This is a great property. The Lady who’s at the front desk is such a great person

heat had to be placed on 85 to get warm. Do not do not attempt to park your car in the back parking lot it will get damage and scratch up. This is just not an hotel it’s also an apartment complex on the upper floors. Tenants are noisy. They rent to young adults who would fight and scream all night. Stay away from This place. Through the night. Microwave didn’t work had to go to basement to warm my food up. No fitted sheets on beds. Linens have stains. Smoke detector covered with plastics because this supposed to a nonsmoking hotel. But they smoke marijuana all day and night.

Upon arrival, I decided to take a shower to my surprise. The shower curtain and pull fell on. Then I decided to wash my hands and the faucet fell off. On my second night, I went to the bathroom and the door had locked itself. When I decided to stay one more night, I mentioned this to the staff seeing if they could give me a discount on the room and they said no and still charge me $200 knowing the conditions the room was in.
