Property was ok. Main issue was the a/c. It was on but would not lower despite multiple attempts and calls to front desk.

極佳 The staff was great and helpful. The room had touches for the family, such as 4 cookies, Nespresso coffee pods, and the room close to the elevator. The hotel was very quiet and near great restaurants and the subway.
