Stayed in an executive room. Only issue I had with the room was the shower. It was small and very slippery, really should have a non slip floor. It was a regular Hilton, nothing extrordinary about it and the staff were not friendly except for the guy in the executive lounge.

Very comfortable room. Walkable to most major attractions.

Might need to.redesign ac capacity due to building was not designed to handle the heat wave of 39 degrees temp, but overall the hotel is in good location, neat central station and close to all the famous sites and staff was accommodating in terms to solve the problem of cooling by offering a fan which helped cool the room

Big room and big bathrooms

The toilet didn’t flush. We had maintenance come 3 times and it was never actually fixed. Also, our room air conditioning did not work. It was cooler outside or in the hall way. Again we asked for help from the front desk shortly after checking in but it wasn’t remedied throughout our stay.

Excellent rooms and big both the room and bathroom and close to central station

We stayed there mainly forts location which is right next to the main train station, you don't even have to cross the street. It's a big hotel with good size rooms which is nice attribute in Europe and with two double beds. The place is somewhat dated and needs some TLC. It is well located very near Grand Place and other tourist sites.

I did not like the hotel It needs a facelift and a new staff

If you want a relaxing stay, forget this hotel. On Saturdays the afternoon bar is still closed at 4 pm, on Sundays they don't serve meals, not even in the bar...and worst of all...they book rooms with breakfast, but it's continental...meaning...you stay in a closed room, alone and without access to a normal breakfast...Be very careful. And my reservation was for an executive room. Otherwise...The reception staff were not helpful at all. The worst. Never again.

The carpet was dirty, three times I asked for shower gel and I never got it, I tried to have dinner at the restaurant and it was busy. I tried to order room service and they told me that they were busy so I decided to have dinner somewhere else.
