Rooms are clean and staff very helpful.

The location is great. Really like the idea of the water on site to save the planet and always have access to clean water via glass bottles.

They need to either change the window to clear glass or openable window as you can’t see outside with these windows

Staff members were not very helpful.

Hotel was fantastic and very clean. Few things they could have improved on with people who have accessibility needs. The accessible room booked had a very high bed which makes it impossible for some people who has mobility issues. The ramp coming up and down to access the room from the reception is very steep and the floor should be rubber proof to prevent wheelchairs from speeding down rapidly. There were no ramp to access the breakfast area for wheelchair users but was told you have to go outside the hotel and access another entrance for use of the breakfast room/restaurant. This is a bit inconvenience. Lastly, the accessible rooms were located on floor 1 which means getting a lift. In event of a fire alarm, people who are wheelchair users unable to use the stairs is a health and safety issue. Apart from that the hotel was lovely.

It was perfect but breakfast had same options everyday

Hotel was situated in a great part of Belgium. Shopping and great restaurants were in such close walking distance as well as some select museums. Room was spacious and clean! Really enjoyed the shelving for extra organization and storage for two people.

Had a great stay; check in was easy and location was perfect.
