Staff was amazing. Very helpful. Rooms are a little small for the money, no bathtub which would have been helpful with our little. However, super central location, old part of town which makes the sort of room funky layout understandable.

I had a great stay in IL Tornabuoni - from check in to check out. Special shout out to Amy and Vadim for taking very good care of us. 🌹🌹The housekeeping kept our room super clean with daily night down service. On certain days, we come back to the room with lovely poems written on post cards from the hotel manager. And not forget Michael and Jonas, ensuring the hotel is safe and secure. 👍👍 location is superb, close proximity to everything.

極佳 I hate the current culture of being pestered for feedback & only provide it when something is exceptional or truly terrible. My stay here was absolutely exceptional from the moment the cab pulled up outside the door to the minute we left. I’m already looking forward to returning.
