很好 We had an issue with our first room…luckily they were able to switch us to a different room to make our stay better. Staff was friendly and accommodating considering what went wrong.

Staff were very helpful, gave us a map of the area and key places to visit. The rooms were lovely, with air-con, and had everything you would need. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the wait staff were very friendly. There was free iced water, sweets and wine when you come in, perfect for coming straight in from the warm weather. Would highly recommend!!

Well maintained place. You are able to feel the historic vibe while enjoying the modern accommodation. We dropped off our luggage before 9am, which is way earlier than the normal check in time and got invited to have breakfast. When we came back to the hotel at night, our luggage was waiting for us in room already. The building and room are very clean and has AC, we enjoyed our stay very much

You are close to everything, 3/5 minutes walk to David, Tram Station and Duomo. Food places galore around with shopping. Great breakfast, coffee, very large room with sofa, comfy bed. The room is too big for the AC to cool properly in the Florence summer is my only minus. Call the hotel to find closest the tram stop from airport. If you do not see something ask, they will provide it. We needed ice and we got it. I would stay again.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Perfect for exploring Florence for a few days. The breakfast was perfect. We were a big group so we stayed across 3 rooms and all were outstanding. The A/C in one of them had a hard time keeping cool in the extreme heat but otherwise everything was excellent.
