極佳 Hotel was great location, clean and well kept. If you have a disability or are traveling with luggage this would not be the hotel for you. There is no elevator to get to the main level and it's about 20 steep steps

Clean room, very friendly staff. Check-in was a breeze, everything was great other than the bed which was uncomfortable.

Outstanding location, extraordinary service from Leonardo, and a value for Florence Centre! If you want luxury, this is not it. If you value a good size, comfortable room that is quiet and clean in a fab location with a bed and breakfast like hospitality, this is your place! Thank you all!

Leonardo at the front desk was very helpful and always remembered us. The staff at breakfast were friendly and very quick to provide help. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning didn’t seem able to get lower than 75. We didn’t complain because we had read this about the hotel previously.

Our room didn't look like this picture: the stool in the bathroom was a trick to get on.
But Leonardo was a five star host!
