Great location and pretty inexpensive. The only hassle was dealing with street parking.

I would not recommend this place. Found bugs in room and water smelt like sulfur

Toilet ran all night disturbing sleep. No Kleenex. Some lights didn’t work. But the worst part was the check-in. Checkin not til 3p with ability to store luggage. However, if not for assistance of fellow travelers letting us in to the foyer, we would not have been able to store luggage. Took 3 calls to the helpline to get a simple number so we could check in to store luggage. Very frustrating and totally incorrect directions for checking in.

It was very noisy. The hotel doesn’t mention there is live music next door. Instead they provide useless earplugs when you get there. Disappointing is an understatement.

Location was fantastic.

Clean room close to everything. No breakfast included.

This was very comfortable for an unmanned hotel. The lack of keycards was inconvenient.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Reykjavik, we walked everywhere! very clean, the room a lil bit small but it was worth it! would come back here if needed to stay in the city.

I went to drop off my bag at 8 AM when I arrived and my key was not set to activate until 3 PM. Luckily someone entering the building let me in and I was able to call the property and they activated my key. On check-out day I dropped my bag off in storage at 10:30 AM. I came back at 11:30 AM same day and my key was already deactivated while my bag was sitting in the storage. luckily again someone let me into the building. Not to mention my room was on the third floor and directly above a bar, which had live music until 11 PM every night.
