Room was very clean. Very helpful staff. Great location. Can hear music from nearby bars in rooms facing the street.

This is a great hotel in the middle of the downtown area. It is located on the main strip with all of the stores and restaurants in walking distance. Mel the front desk clerk made our trip. She took the time to provide us a map of all of the downtown area attractions and provided us a path to meet our time schedule on the both days we were there.

Great hotel with friendly staff, interesting decor, and super convenient location. The missing star is only because the common noise complaints are real, since the hotel is situated above the American Bar. But what it loses in noise it makes up for in its location, which seems like a decent trade off. Would stay here again.

Great location and great staff! We will definitely stay here again.

This was just what we needed for one night in the city. It was helpful to stow our bags after we checked out so we could do some shopping :)

Nothing fancy but safe and in a great location. Parking can be an issue. Staff were kind and helpful.

Close to everything. Walking distance to everything in the city center. Great restaurants nearby. Really adored my stay. We were in the back of the hotel so no problem with noise

Front desk staff was extremely helpful, and the hotel cat Baktur was adorable.

Gentleman at reception was beyond excellent….very knowledgeable and helpful. Location was great. Other two suggestions….a mat for the slippery tile shower and better lighting in stairways.

Amazing location. Awesome staff. Very helpful and friendly. Clean. Small but super cozy. Everything one needs in room. A++
