Fantastic location, right in the middle of the city! Parking garage was steps to the unit door. Easy to walk to just about everything. Would absolutely stay here again.

A little tricky to find the entrance if you come in from the wrong side as it is in the center of the block and not on the street...but worth it!

We stayed in the penthouse apartment. The room was clean and stylish. The heated bathroom floor was a dream! But the best aspect of Ice Apartments was its location - right in the downtown area, literally steps away from great shopping, restaurants, and nightlife and 2 blocks from the bus stop to all excursions.

I would have been 5 stars if we didn't have a problem entering the building. The keycode sent to us was correct but the door lock was sticking due to a loose screw and we were having a hard time opening the door for 15+ minutes. We reported the issue on Saturday morning and after exchanging several chat messages with support personnel, we managed to pull the door open, but were affraid to close it again, so we put a door mat in the doorway to prevent door from closing. Noone showed up to fix the door until Monday morning, when we were checking out. Otherwise, the apartment itself was great, clean, warm and pretty and the location is great, so absent the door issue, everything else was good.

Location is best for everything you want to do in Reykjavik including connections to all tours. Apartment was clean and well heated.
Weird that it does not have a dining table with chairs to eat and the kitchen supplies are not complete so prevents you from actually cooking.
